Gobe is apart of the DHL GoGreen program, so any carbon emissions casued by your shipment are offset via carbon reduction initiatives. All Gobe shipments come with order tracking, so you can watch your order travel from our warehouse to your door, wherever that may be on the planet. 
Privacy & Security
At Gobe we take your privacy very seriously, we do not sell or disclose any of your personal information to anyone. We may use your details to send you Gobe promotions, but you are able to opt out of these at anytime. From within your account area you can edit and remove any personal details you may wish to do so. If you want to be removed from our customer database you just need to request this by email customer support and we will do so. 
Returns & Replacements
At Gobe all non-faulty products can be returned within 365 days of your order, the only condition is that the product has to be in brand new condition. This means that the product packaging cannot be opened and the product never used, this allows us to resell the item as new. 
If your product every experiences technical issues through regular use you are covered by Gobe's famous lifetime replacement warranty. All you need to do is raise a warranty claim, return your faulty product and we will send you a new replacement unit. To claim warranty the issue cannot be caused by misuse or deliberate damage. 
Gobe is a web based company, so the best way to place an order is via our website, this is the fastest way to get your order processed and your product shipped. If you wish to place an order via the phone, email or live chat this is fine to. Goverment and corporate customers can place orders via purchase order, please just contact customer support to have this arranged. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
At Gobe we try to make ordering and payment as simple as possible which is why we offer an array of payment options. These payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, bank transfer, cheque and purchase order. All orders must be paid for prior to shipment. 
Pricing on the website can change at anytime, our listed price is live and correct. We do not offer refunds if the price drops in days after you have placed an order. 
Viewing Orders
You can view any of your orders via your account area. All orders are shipments have product tracking, so you are able to watch the movements of your delivery to your door. 
Updating Account Information
Any of your personal information such as email address, phone number, delivery address, password etc can be updated via your account area. If at any point you wish to delete your account all you need to do is contact customer support and we will do this upon request.
